UI/UX team is a group of gifted web art design specialists, UX designers and front end developers who work regularly with all the other teams of the company and share one common goal: to produce powerful solutions, concepts and campaigns.

Our way
Our way is the 4D way. We split our work in 4 basic stages: Define – Design – Develop – Deliver.
Define
We always start with studying thoroughly the provided specifications and data. This needs collaboration with the Business Development teams for the actualization of their product-related plans. We try to note all the necessary information about each task, we communicate initial design ideas using user flows, process flows and wireframes and finally organize the plan of the upcoming steps, considering the available resources and the deadlines.
Design
This is the fun part. We create and iterate information architecture and design solutions for producing clear, attractive and user-friendly UI solutions, following the latest design methods & techniques, keeping up passionately with digital environments and modern culture. We conceptualize and implement high-quality creative ideas, we develop and maintain pixel-perfect wireframes, user flows and mockups by ensuring that all the visual elements follow the design thinking and philosophy of our products, we establish design guidelines, standards and best practices during all the stages of the design process from the initial conception, to implementation till the final development.
Develop
We communicate with the Product Managers and Engineering teams to coordinate resources for the implementation of all the items. Our work in this step is to transform all the design deliverables to user-friendly, highly engaging and visual-compelling web layouts that maintain powerful experience and exceptional functionality in a high level on all different devices and browsers. So, experienced engineers along with UI designers and UX designers collaborate to build advanced user-experience products and assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end.
Deliver
We present our deliverables to the rest of the teams. We engage Marketing teams to track feedback, we ensure that everything is delivered as expected, we gather data to understand if and where bottlenecks exist and we try to reduce frictions and reach all the expectations. We receive and provide feedback during all the stages of the design process from the initial conception till the final development and we guarantee that our outcome will have the ability to connect with the final customer, enabling conversion and retention, easing pain points and creating a unique experience, all underpinned by robust analytics.
