How we do it?
Well, it’s not easy and is quite challenging.
- Establish, maintain and monitor KPIs for Quality product delivery; Always remember; you cannot improve what you cannot measure.
- Establish, maintain and monitor software delivery processes based on ITIL best practices.
- Analysis of the business specifications to identify possible gaps prior to Software Delivery (SDLC) lifecycle. We are usually the ones that raise the red flag and we love it.
- Preparing business test scenarios. We use TestLink management tool and the scenarios are written in Gherkin format. Why? Firstly, we love templates and standardized formats and secondly, the format is used in Automation testing.
- Executing the test scenarios. Both Manual and Automated. We use various tools, both internal developed simulators and popular tools such as POSTMAN, SOAP UI, Browserstack and many more.
- Reporting defects, our favorite! Finding the bug is always challenge for an original QA Engineer.
- Lead the UAT testing with Customer in cooperation always with our amazing Project Management, Operations, Support and Development Teams.
- Sign off the product and/or project specifications and we are ready to launch! 🚀
Our Team can be considered as a hub of a local database of knowledge and experience, so when nobody knows at least they know where to ask.
