    Velti’s Proposition team is responsible for initiating and conceptualizing new offerings that can enrich the portfolio of Value Added Services of mobile operators worldwide. The team constantly follows latest market trends in order to identify consumer needs and deliver valuable new solutions that can entertain, reward and monetize a very diverse end-customer.

    Proposition team members need to have a broad skill set that combines creative and innovative thinking with a balanced knowledge of technical and business domains, as the team collaborates closely with all business and technical units of the company.

    New solutions are essentially designed in the following steps:

    1. Conceptualization phase

    During the conceptualization phase, the team works closely with the Sales, Client Success, and BI team in order to gather consumer insights and design a suitable and attractive solution. A lot of fun brainstorming sessions are involved, which make this department truly unique and fun to work in.

    1. Design phase

    In the second phase, the Proposition team creates a more concrete outline of the new solution and defines business specs end-to-end, including the complete user experience. In this phase a close cooperation with the technical teams, including the product management team, the UI team, and the development team, is vital to ensure that a new concept is technically feasible and can be developed in a reasonable timeframe.

    1. Development phase

    During the development phase, the proposition team takes over a consulting role. Product specs need to be further elaborated on and the solution might need to be adjusted in order to tackle possible technical limitations.

    1. Marketing and adjustment phase

    During the last phase, the product is finally launched. The proposition team needs to work closely with the Client Success and BI team in order to assess the performance of the product and analyze user behavior to propose adjustments and customizations that will optimize performance.
