Our Project Management team is responsible for the successful launching of new services, product development and maintenance of Live services. The role of the office is to establish active communication with the technical and business teams to prioritize, schedule activities and define the requirements and dependencies of all stakeholders.
We create project plans for each service and manage the whole life cycle of each project with consistent follow ups and effective coordination. The project managers of the office are in contact with our customers to ensure the quality of their requirements are satisfied, and time-frames of the projects dates and deadlines are met. We proactively address any problems and project teams by enabling and facilitating teams’ work and though close monitoring of the Live services of the company.

Our product managers control the product line with strategic planning and tactical activities that include preparing and maintaining the product roadmap. The target goals of the team are product enhancements for short and long term releases. Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, overseeing interdepartmental activities to execute plans.
With great responsibility, consistency and passion, we have set a trustworthy profile for our customers in a very challenging market. Our team has created more than 1000 user stories to launch more than 100 projects based on more than 10 different products and we continue to a more prosperous future.
