Velti’s Operations team is the connection between technical and business company’s teams with which we work closely so as to ensure projects’ effectiveness.
We maintain Live projects’ behavior as per specifications and Business needs. We also participate in all aspects of project’s lifecycle from the initial configuration to the end of each project (Staging configuration, UAT, SIT etc).
Our team is responsible for Production project’s behavior, for this purpose, we create and maintain sanity checks for each project, specifically, for which we are always seeking ways to automate.

Tools we use:
- Oracle SQL: Using SQl to check project’s flow and any query segmentation needed for our campaigns.
- UNIX terminal: for troubleshooting and error logging.
- Prometheus & Grafana: To automate alerts and reports for our team.
- IntelliJ IDEA
