PAYROLL
HR Department is responsible for the Payroll processes of the company, supported by advanced software tools, such as Galaxy. PeopleSoft is our HRMS for any kind of requests that may arise.
Employee-related matters, such as new hires, absence calendars, salary updates and more, are submitted to ΕΡΓΑΝΗ, in accordance with the Greek laws.
COMPLIANCE
We are closely cooperating with our Legal and Security Departments in order to be fully compliant with the current legislation. Compliant is not something an organization just is. It’s a continuous process of scanning for changing laws and regulations, identifying the areas in which they impact the company. We always make sure to identify Greek and International laws and regulations that apply to our organization and stay on top of changes. We develop, update, implement and monitor all internal policies, in order to ensure regulatory compliance in our business.
PERFORMANCE
Our Performance Management System, Velti360, is the tool we use to perform our Annual Evaluation Process of Velti Management and employees. The HR Department is actively involved in conducting more than 100 interviews, feedback and evaluation meetings, with the employees in a period of 1 month and a half.
