Our copywriters are ethnically and professionally diverse. One of the team’s greatest asset is that the majority of its members originate from the markets where we operate. They have first-hand experience and deep knowledge of our customers’ mindset. In fact, our in-house team can communicate in over ten languages.
Our localized approach to copy is further enhanced by the communication tools that we use, including search engines, access to local media and news, and advanced language tools. We use A/B and multivariate testing to monitor the redemption of our texts, in order to identify effective tactics and engagement mechanisms that will improve the KPIs of each campaign. We collaborate with other internal stakeholders to instill artificial intelligence in our daily operations, which help us design content strategies that are clear and straightforward but yield the best results. We also keep and continuously update multi-language databases.
