    ADMINISTRATION

    MEET THE TEAM

    Our team consists of our Front Office Receptionists, Administrative & Travel Associates, Administrative Coordinators and the Head of the department.  Our Administrative & Travel Associate, among other things, is responsible for the company events, travel arrangements, supplies inventory and corporate mobile telephony.  Our Administrative Coordinator performs a wide range of different onsite and offsite tasks.  Our Receptionists are responsible for the Front Office. They have multiple responsibilities such us receiving visitors at the front desk, answering and screening incoming phone calls, providing information, receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail etc.

     

    DEPARTMENT ROLE

    We are the first ones that people interact with, when getting in touch with Velti. The Administration is responsible for the efficient organization of people in order to achieve business objectives. Our goal is to ensure company compliance with rules and regulations, organize office operations and procedures, achieving co-ordination. We are the gatekeepers, the problem solvers, the bookkeepers. We prepare budgets, maintain computer data, conduct research and analysis, excel at critical thinking and pay attention to detail. We are team players, responsible for multiple office projects, coordinating office operations, improving workflow efficiency.

     

    TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES

    What’s more, in brainstorming meetings we generate ideas and schedule team building activities which are a super fun and creative way to bring Velti teams closer. Whether we are meeting virtually or at the office, doing activities together builds relationships, fosters creativity and improves communication, boosts motivation and brings us joy. We learn more about our colleagues, building our teams by encouraging collaboration.

    Some of our main activities include:

    • Happy Hour playing Pictionary, or scavenger hunts
