2023 International Loyalty Awards – Finalists

We are very happy to announce that Velti and T-Mobile Netherlands are shortlisted for the 2023 International Loyalty Awards!

T-Mobile Netherlands and Velti partnered to design and implement a highly innovative, gamified and AI optimized loyalty program: PrePaid Surprise.
PrePaid Surprise got two nominations in the ‘Best Long-Term Loyalty Initiative’ and ‘Best Use of Customer Analytics/Data’ categories with impressive results in historical high churn reduction and ARPU increase KPIs. We are looking forward to the ceremony of International Loyalty Awards in London on the 13^th of June! We will be there!
